As a Senior Manager in SAP Finance Transformation, you'll lead enterprises through complex financial system modernization, leveraging cloud platforms, real-time analytics, and AI-driven insights to drive operational excellence and sustainable financial performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead SAP finance transformation initiatives for utilities clients, aligning technology strategies with measurable business outcomes
• Direct implementation and optimization of SAP financial modules, ensuring robust integration across enterprise systems
• Develop transformation roadmaps that enhance financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational cost management
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities across finance functions
• Manage client teams through system deployment, training, and organizational change to drive adoption success
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical SAP solutions

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing SAP finance implementations or transformations in utilities or similarly regulated industries
• Deep expertise in financial processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost accounting
• Strong background in enterprise resource planning systems and business process optimization
• Proven leadership of technical and business teams through complex digital transformations
• Understanding of utilities industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and operational challenges
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders across technology and business functions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
