About the Role
As a Home Health Aide with Rock House, you'll deliver hands-on support to individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities living in our Eastland group home. What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with meal preparation and help maintain healthy eating routines
- Encourage participation in activities, recreation, and community engagement
- Keep the group home clean, safe, and organized
- Help residents with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Monitor and report on residents' health, mood, and behavior changes to supervisory staff
- Respond with patience and respect to residents' emotional and physical needs

- Physical capability to assist with personal care and transfers
- Reliable, punctual attendance and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent communication abilities
