As a SAP Finance Transformation Senior Manager – Utilities at Accenture, you will sit at the center of change in a sector moving faster than ever. In this Houston-based role, you will help utilities clients harness SAP technologies, real-time data, and AI to reimagine their finance functions and build lasting resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP finance transformation programs for clients across the utilities industry.
- Translate evolving energy-sector pressures into practical, technology-enabled finance strategies.
- Apply SAP platforms, real-time analytics, and AI to modernize core finance operations.
- Guide senior stakeholders through complex digital change while managing delivery teams.
- Help clients strengthen grid resilience and meet rising clean-energy and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven senior-level experience leading SAP finance transformation engagements.
- Strong understanding of the utilities or energy sector and its digital priorities.
- Hands-on familiarity with SAP technologies and finance process design.
- Exposure to AI, real-time insight platforms, and modern data-driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and program delivery skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Old Sixth Ward, Houston.
