Key Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers and assist them in selecting the correct auto parts for their vehicles.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the front counter.
• Look up parts using catalogs and inventory systems to match customer requirements.
• Answer questions about availability, fitment, and pricing for aftermarket components.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized, well-stocked counter and sales area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working a parts counter or in a comparable auto parts sales role.
• Solid knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to identify the right product for each customer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale and parts lookup systems.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Charleston.
