About the Role

As a Principal Director, you will guide pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients through end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing transformation. Working alongside C-suite executives, leaders, and boards, you will help reinvent core parts of their enterprise to accelerate growth, sharpen competitiveness, and unlock sustainable value across the full network of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and manufacturing transformation programs for leading life sciences organizations.
• Advise senior executives and boards on operational improvements that reduce cost and raise performance.
• Shape strategies that drive growth, enhance competitiveness, and set a new performance standard within the industry.
• Translate enterprise reinvention goals into practical, measurable manufacturing and supply chain outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in life sciences supply chain, manufacturing, or operations transformation.
• A proven track record advising C-suite leaders and boards on complex enterprise change.
• Strong consulting capabilities spanning strategy, cost reduction, and operational improvement.
• The leadership presence to direct multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
