Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, NAMER Partner Marketing to lead co-marketing strategy with Global System Integrators and multinational SI/Consulting Partners across North America — based on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan.

About the Role

This full-time position sits at the intersection of cloud technology and enterprise partner ecosystems. You will own end-to-end strategic marketing programs for a portfolio of 4–6 GSI and multinational consulting partners, driving measurable pipeline, brand awareness, and revenue growth across North America for AWS.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market marketing plans with GSI and SI/Consulting Partners aligned to AWS sales priorities in NAMER
  • Build integrated demand-generation programs — including digital campaigns, events, and content — that generate qualified pipeline through the partner channel
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for your partner portfolio, coordinating internally across AWS sales, alliances, and product marketing teams
  • Define success metrics, track performance against KPIs, and communicate results to senior stakeholders
  • Manage co-marketing budgets, ensuring spend is optimized for impact and compliance with partner funding guidelines
  • Identify market trends and competitive dynamics to inform partner marketing positioning and messaging
  • Support field marketing and regional sales teams with partner-sourced enablement materials and campaign assets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing — preferably within cloud, enterprise software, or technology consulting
  • Track record of building and executing strategic co-marketing programs with large, complex partner organizations such as GSIs or global consulting firms
  • Strong command of demand-generation tactics: paid digital, content marketing, webinars, and in-person events
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and concurrent campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure program effectiveness
  • Collaborative cross-functional working style, with the ability to influence without direct authority
