Energy Marshal Manager – Wichita Falls

Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Energy Marshal Manager in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, to take command of energization and electrical safety operations on major data center construction projects across North Texas.

About the Role

As the Energy Marshal Manager in Wichita Falls, you will serve as the lead onsite authority governing how electrical power is brought online, taken offline, and safely controlled throughout the build. Acting as the central point of coordination for energization, de-energization, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, you will safeguard both personnel and high-value equipment during every phase of large-scale data center construction. This is a hands-on leadership position where disciplined safety judgment and clear communication directly protect lives and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all electrical energization and de-energization activities across the project site.
• Own and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, ensuring every isolation point is verified and documented.
• Act as the primary onsite authority for electrical safety decisions during construction operations.
• Confirm that equipment and systems are correctly isolated, controlled, and cleared before work proceeds.
• Collaborate with construction teams, electrical contractors, and project leadership to align power activities with the build schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of energization status and safety sign-offs throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience overseeing electrical energization, de-energization, and LOTO programs on complex or large-scale projects.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical safety standards and isolation procedures.
• Proven ability to lead onsite and serve as a decisive point of authority under pressure.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working across multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Willingness to work full-time on location in Wichita Falls, North Texas.
