About the Role
As a Live-in Home Health Aide with Visiting Angels in Lincoln, IL, you will become a trusted daily presence for the clients you serve. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for caregivers who find purpose in building genuine relationships and supporting older adults with dignity and warmth. You set your own schedule, and shifts ranging from one hour up to twelve hours are available now to fit your life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and companionship to clients in their homes throughout Lincoln and Logan County
- Assist with daily living tasks such as grooming, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Provide reliable live-in support, including overnight and weekend coverage as scheduled
- Monitor each client's comfort, safety, and well-being, communicating any changes promptly
- Foster a respectful, encouraging environment that promotes independence at home
Qualifications
- Certification or experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
- A caring, patient, and dependable approach to in-home senior care
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to commute reliably across the Lincoln, IL area
What We Offer
- Pay rate of $16–$20 per hour with weekly pay
- Differential pay for night and weekend shifts
- $400 sign-on bonus available*
- Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling that you control
- Travel time with mileage reimbursement
