About the Role

As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide based in Camarillo, Ventura County, you will be at the heart of what we call being a Difference Maker — supporting clients in the familiar comfort of their own homes. This is a hands-on, people-first position where the care you provide is shaped around the individual needs of each person you serve. No previous caregiving experience is required, because we offer thorough orientation and training to set you up for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, client-centered care that adapts to each person's unique needs and daily routine.
• Assist clients with everyday living activities so they can remain safe and comfortable at home.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships that make a real difference in the lives of those you support.
• Promote dignity, independence, and well-being throughout every visit.

Qualifications

• A caring, empathetic nature and a sincere desire to help others.
• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude toward your work each day.
• No prior experience necessary — comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
• Willingness to travel to client homes within Camarillo and the surrounding Ventura County area.
