About the Role

As an Owner Operator with Smart Gear Logistics LLC, you'll run OTR freight on dedicated lanes while keeping control of your calendar. We build your schedule around your goals and prioritize getting you home when it matters most. This full-time position is based out of Victorville in San Bernardino County and rewards drivers who value reliability, clarity, and consistent freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate your own equipment across over-the-road (OTR) routes, including Flatbed, Refrigerated, Power Only, and Dry Van loads.
• Haul assigned freight safely, on time, and in line with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain a schedule that fits your preferred home time.
• Maintain your truck and equipment to keep loads moving without interruption.
• Provide professional, dependable service that customers can count on.

Qualifications

• Owner Operator with your own tractor and the ability to pull Flatbed, Reefer, Power Only, or Dry Van trailers.
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean, verifiable driving record.
• Experience running OTR freight and managing a longer-haul schedule.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to safe, reliable operations.
