About the Role

As Head of Financial Crime at IBM, you will set the strategic direction for how the organization and its clients identify, prevent, and respond to financial crime risk. Based on-site in Grand Central, Manhattan, this senior position sits within IBM Consulting, where engagements are anchored in enduring client partnerships and worldwide collaboration. You will help leading organizations across industries advance their hybrid cloud and AI initiatives, supported by IBM technology, Red Hat, and a network of strategic partners that together enable lasting, measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching financial crime strategy, aligning it with client objectives and IBM Consulting's delivery model.
• Guide clients through complex hybrid cloud and AI transformations that strengthen their financial crime defenses.
• Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with global teams and strategic partners to translate IBM technology and Red Hat capabilities into practical outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow specialist teams responsible for financial crime advisory and delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in financial crime, with the credibility to advise at executive level.
• A track record of cultivating long-term client relationships and delivering through cross-border collaboration.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and AI as enablers of modern risk and compliance programs.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site at the Grand Central, Manhattan location.
