EY is hiring an experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Manager to join our Consulting practice and help discrete manufacturing clients unlock greater value from their SAP investments. This full-time leadership role is based in Uptown, Marion County, with the flexibility for the work location to be open across the country.

About the Role

As an SAP Production Planning – PP – Discrete Manufacturing Manager at EY, you will guide clients in reimagining how they plan and run their manufacturing operations. Your focus will be on translating SAP technology into measurable operational improvements, bringing a fresh business perspective to every engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions tailored to discrete manufacturing environments.
• Advise clients on how to apply SAP capabilities to streamline production processes and strengthen day-to-day operations.
• Manage project workstreams, coordinate diverse delivery teams, and ensure outcomes align with client objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a knowledgeable point of contact throughout each engagement.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants while sharing your SAP PP expertise across the team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP Production Planning (PP) within discrete manufacturing settings.
• A strong grasp of manufacturing operations and the ways SAP technology supports planning and execution.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and engage effectively with client stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills suited to a manager-level position.
• Willingness to work from Uptown, Marion County, or another open location as the role requires.
