About the Role
As a Driver with Life Care Services in Phoenix, Maricopa County, you become a trusted presence in the daily lives of the residents at Clarendale Arcadia. This is a guest-service position at heart: you transport seniors to appointments, errands, and activities while delivering the warmth and dependability that define an exceptional senior living experience. The pay range for this Driver role is $17.00–$18.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to medical visits, community outings, scheduled errands, and social events
- Greet each passenger with courtesy and a hospitality-first attitude
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle with patience and care
- Conduct routine checks and report any maintenance concerns to keep vehicles road-ready
- Coordinate with team members to honor schedules and timing requests
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming vehicle environment
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for serving seniors and creating positive interactions
- A valid driver's license with a clean and reliable driving record
- Strong commitment to passenger safety and attentive customer service
- Punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to follow scheduled routes
- Comfort assisting older adults with mobility needs
