JP Euro is hiring a Porsche Master Technician in Oro Valley, Arizona — a hands-on, full-time role for an elite European and exotic vehicle specialist who lives and breathes precision German engineering.
About the Role
As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you will diagnose, service, and restore high-performance Porsche vehicles to factory standards and beyond. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Oro Valley, and relocation assistance is available to help the right candidate make the move and join a fast-growing team of passionate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across the full range of Porsche models
- Carry out scheduled maintenance, engine work, and complex mechanical and electrical services
- Use manufacturer-grade tools and diagnostic equipment to pinpoint and resolve faults accurately
- Deliver consistent, dealership-quality workmanship on every vehicle
- Document repairs clearly and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
- Support and mentor fellow technicians, sharing expertise across the shop floor
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Porsche technician, ideally at Master Technician level
- Strong command of European and exotic automotive systems and repair procedures
- Skilled with modern diagnostic software and specialty tooling
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to first-time-right repairs
- A genuine enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles and continuous learning
- Eligible to work full-time and on-site in Oro Valley
