About the Role
As a Real Estate Transactional Associate, you will join a respected California regional law practice and counsel sophisticated clients across the full lifecycle of complex property matters. The role is hybrid out of San Francisco and offers a genuine, well-defined route to partnership, alongside competitive benefits and an annual base salary ranging from $195,000 to $205,000. Key Responsibilities
- Advise property owners, homebuilders, and real estate developers on high-profile, sophisticated transactional projects.
- Structure, negotiate, and close a range of commercial real estate deals from inception through completion.
- Draft and review transactional documentation, agreements, and related instruments with precision.

Qualifications
