Greystar Management Services is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for The M Club in Indianapolis, Marion County — a hands-on role for a problem-solver who takes pride in keeping a residential community running smoothly and looking its best.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at The M Club, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps apartment homes, common areas, and building systems in excellent working condition. Based on-site in Indianapolis, Marion County, this full-time position blends preventive upkeep, repairs, and resident-focused service. It is an in-person role and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment and reduce downtime.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including make-ready inspections and turnovers.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and shared spaces.
- Track work orders accurately and communicate status clearly to the community team.
- Follow safety standards and respond to after-hours or emergency calls as needed.
Qualifications
- Practical experience in property, facilities, or building maintenance, ideally within multifamily or residential housing.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a dependable, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple work orders and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when required.
- Authorization to work on-site in Indianapolis, Marion County.
