Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is seeking an experienced Information Governance & Litigation Support Analyst (Senior or Lead) to join our team in the United States, helping safeguard, organize, and produce critical information across the enterprise.
About the Role
As an Information Governance & Litigation Support Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, you will manage the lifecycle of organizational records and coordinate the technical and procedural support needed for legal matters. This full-time, on-site position is offered at either the Senior (Pay Grade 13EX) or Lead (Pay Grade 14EX) level, with the appropriate level determined by your experience. Candidates who reside in or are willing to relocate to Louisiana are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce information governance policies, standards, and records retention practices.
- Provide litigation support, including assisting with discovery, legal holds, and the collection and production of relevant data.
- Classify, organize, and secure enterprise information assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Partner with legal, compliance, IT, and business teams to respond to requests accurately and on time.
- For the Lead level, guide analysts, shape best practices, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in information governance, records management, e-discovery, or litigation support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Senior or Lead-level expertise aligned with the corresponding pay grade.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Louisiana is preferred.
