About the Role

This Insurance Sales Agent position pairs new producers with a seasoned mentor agent through a structured protégé pathway. You'll learn the insurance business from the ground up, develop your sales craft, and work toward the long-term goal of agency ownership. The role is based on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and rewards performance with a base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads for property and casualty insurance products.
• Guide prospective clients through coverage options and recommend suitable policies.
• Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Work alongside an experienced mentor agent to master sales techniques and daily agency operations.
• Meet sales targets while progressing along a defined track toward future agency ownership.

Qualifications

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
• A driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
