About the Role
As a Travel Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical Neuro with Arrow Healthcare Staffing in Charleston, you will deliver hands-on bedside care to adult patients with medical, surgical, and neurological needs. This is a full-time travel position built around 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week across a 13-week assignment that begins on July 13, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and neuro patients during 12-hour night shifts.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor responses to treatment.
- Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to physicians and staff.
- Support patient safety, comfort, and education throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in South Carolina.
- Clinical experience in a Medical-Surgical and/or Neuro specialty.
