Ideals is searching for an Integrated Campaign Manager to own multi-channel marketing programs across North America. Based in New York City (with Chicago as an alternative location), this full-time, on-site position sits at the heart of a high-growth software company that serves more than 2,000,000 users across 300,000 organizations worldwide. You will translate business goals into coordinated campaigns that generate pipeline, strengthen the Ideals brand, and support customers who rely on our secure collaboration tools for their most critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns spanning the North American market.
• Coordinate messaging and assets across digital, content, email, paid, and event channels for a unified customer experience.
• Partner with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and refine programs to improve conversion and return on investment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and external partners to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing integrated or multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle several initiatives at once.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus close collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in New York City or Chicago for this North America–focused role.
