The goal is simple: get equipment working safely and reliably while helping customers make smart, informed choices.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices.
• Carry out routine upkeep so that units stay in dependable, ready-to-use condition.
• Advise customers and team members on suitable equipment options and recommended solutions.
• Deliver attentive service to customers within store-based Tool Rental Centers.
• Support repair operations across both retail store locations and off-site repair centers.

Qualifications

• Practical experience diagnosing and repairing small engines or outdoor power equipment.
• Comfort working with handheld electrical devices and a solid grasp of equipment maintenance.
• Strong customer-service skills, with the ability to explain technical recommendations clearly.
