This is a full-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week at Queen's Grant Community School, a K-8 public charter school located in Mint Hill, North Carolina. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers and special education staff to deliver individualized support that helps students with diverse needs reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist certified teachers and special education staff in carrying out instructional plans for students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support that reinforces academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
• Help adapt lessons and classroom materials so every learner can access the curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and contribute observations that inform individualized education programs.
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment throughout the school day.
