Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations

Highmark Health is hiring a full-time Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations in Atlanta, Fulton County, to help transform bold ideas into measurable progress across our Product & Health Experience (PHE) organization.

About the Role

As a Strategy Analyst – Product and Experience Operations, you will serve as the analytical and operational backbone of Highmark Health's Product & Health Experience team. Based on-site in Atlanta, Fulton County, this role exists to keep strategy and execution tightly aligned — bringing clarity, connectivity, and forward momentum to how the Product organization plans, communicates, and delivers. If you thrive on turning complex priorities into coordinated action, this position puts you at the center of that work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and rollout of internal communication strategies that keep the Product & Health Experience organization informed and connected.
• Drive operational planning and follow-through, helping translate high-level strategy into concrete, executable initiatives.
• Provide analytical insight that strengthens decision-making and keeps cross-functional efforts moving forward.
• Foster alignment between teams so priorities, goals, and progress stay clearly understood across the organization.
• Help sustain the structure and consistency needed for the Product organization to operate effectively.

• Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for organizing information and surfacing actionable insights.
• Operational and project-coordination skills suited to managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
