Accenture is hiring a full-time Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant in Bentonville, Arkansas, to help leading organizations transform how financial data is captured, harmonized, and reported through Oracle's accounting platform.

About the Role

As an Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant at Accenture, you will work on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas, partnering with clients to design and implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions. You will translate complex finance and accounting requirements into reliable, scalable configurations that centralize transactions from multiple source systems into a single accounting engine, supporting accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Oracle Financial Accounting Hub to consolidate accounting data from diverse source applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document financial and accounting requirements alongside client stakeholders.
• Define accounting rules, subledger mappings, and reporting structures within the FAH framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams across strategy, technology, and operations.
• Troubleshoot, test, and validate accounting flows to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client finance and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and subledger accounting concepts.
• Ability to gather requirements and convert them into functional system designs.
• Effective communication and consulting skills for client-facing delivery.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bentonville, Arkansas.
