About the Role

As Vice President, Media Sales at CBS Media Ventures, you will lead revenue strategy and client relationships for one of the industry's most recognizable content portfolios. This is a full-time, on-site position in Grand Central, Manhattan, ideal for a proven media sales executive ready to drive growth across Paramount's brands, talent, and storytelling power.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow media sales revenue for CBS Media Ventures across key advertiser and agency accounts.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that translate Paramount's content strengths into commercial wins.
• Build and nurture senior-level client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor on media investment.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, programming, and operations to package compelling advertising solutions.
• Stay ahead of shifts in the media and advertising landscape to identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in media or advertising sales, including a track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success closing and managing large, strategic advertiser and agency relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to set strategy and deliver against ambitious revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Grand Central, Manhattan location.
