About the Role

As Senior Vice President, Marketing at Unite Us, you will serve as a core member of the Leadership Team and help define overall company strategy. Reporting to the President, and working in close partnership with the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a unified Marketing and Communications organization. The mandate is clear: own the complete marketing engine that delivers consistent, predictable growth across the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute the company-wide marketing vision as a senior member of the Leadership Team.
• Build, scale, and direct an integrated Marketing and Communications organization.
• Own the end-to-end marketing engine that fuels predictable, repeatable revenue growth.
• Partner with executive leadership, including the President, CEO, and CRO, to align go-to-market priorities.
• Strengthen brand reputation, demand generation, and pipeline contribution across all channels.
• Develop and mentor marketing leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience guiding integrated marketing and communications teams.
• A track record of building marketing functions that drive predictable, pipeline-led growth.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Strategic thinker who can translate company goals into actionable marketing programs.
• Eligible to work full-time in the United States.
