About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist II/Technical Support Analyst, you will serve as an intermediate-level point of contact for users of the IDR Gateway platform. You will guide customers through account sign-up and sign-in, organization setup, organization association, and user management, while contributing to the research, analysis, and day-to-day operational work that keeps support running smoothly. This is an on-site position in La Cienga, Santa Fe County.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist users with IDR Gateway sign-up, sign-in, and authentication questions.
- Support organization setup, organization association, and user management requests from start to finish.
- Own customer support cases end to end across phone, email, web chat, and back-office channels.
- Carry out related research, analysis, and operational tasks that support the wider customer support function.
- Document interactions clearly and follow issues through to a complete resolution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering intermediate-level customer or technical support.
- Comfort working across multiple support channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
- Familiarity with account, authentication, and user management processes such as sign-up, sign-in, and organization administration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in La Cienga, Santa Fe County in a full-time capacity.
