CompHealth is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Locum Physician (MD/DO) specializing in Neonatal medicine to deliver compassionate newborn care in Boiling Springs, Spartanburg County, near Spartanburg, SC. This is an on-site, full-time locum tenens opportunity with an immediate start.

Step into a Locum Physician (MD/DO) – Neonatal position serving the Spartanburg, SC community. As a neonatal locum provider, you will care for newborns and at-risk infants, supporting families during some of their most critical moments. Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for neonatal patients
• Manage the care of premature and critically ill newborns
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and care teams to deliver coordinated treatment
• Communicate clearly and supportively with families regarding infant care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with facility standards

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Training and clinical experience in Neonatal medicine
• Active, valid medical license (or eligibility to obtain South Carolina licensure)
• Availability to begin on a full-time basis at the Boiling Springs / Spartanburg County location
