About the Role

As a Yopa Territory Manager, you'll take ownership of your own postcodes and set the direction of your own agenda, with the backing of your area's Territory Owner. You won't be working in isolation — you'll join a tight-knit regional team and tap into Yopa's full business-support ecosystem, all while building something that's genuinely yours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own estate agency business across your assigned territory.
• Convert high-quality, pre-booked appointments supplied free by the central Yopa lead-generation team, while earning extra rewards for self-generated leads.
• Value and list homes, then guide each buyer and seller through to a completed sale.
• Diversify your income through multiple revenue streams, including referral rewards via partnered conveyancers and sister company Scout Financial Services.
• Set your own commission rates with the No Sale, No Fee option and manage flexible hours around your existing commitments.
• Build local visibility using Yopa initiatives such as the Tech for Schools sponsorship programme, supported by an in-house marketing team and a monthly marketing budget.

Qualifications

• Solid, proven experience in estate agency, with a strong track record of valuing and listing properties.
• Confidence steering the full buying and selling journey through to completion.
• Outstanding customer service, including a willingness to go beyond standard office hours to secure a sale.
• A genuine self-starter mindset, focused on building a lasting business rather than chasing the next paycheck.
