Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Workday Support Analyst to join our team at CrowdStrike. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday system during their shift from 2PM - 11PM IST.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to users across various departments within CrowdStrike
