About This Position
This full-time General Manager role centers on overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations at our Waco location. You'll manage staff, maintain operational excellence, and drive business results while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. As you complete additional certifications, you'll expand your leadership across specialized operational areas, including opening and closing procedures, kitchen management, and customer service leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations and manage all restaurant functions
- Lead, train, and develop management and crew team members
- Ensure adherence to food safety, health codes, and brand standards
- Create schedules, oversee staff performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor product quality, customer satisfaction, and service delivery
- Execute or oversee opening and closing procedures
- Supervise kitchen operations and food preparation standards
- Manage inventory, costs, and financial performance
- Build relationships with customers and strengthen community presence
