About the Role

The Business Analytics Advisor - Associate role sits at the intersection of data analysis and business strategy within our HR Analytics function. You'll work closely with analysts and stakeholders across the firm to translate complex workforce challenges into actionable analytical solutions. Your work directly influences how leadership makes decisions about talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and organizational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and reports that support HR and business decision-making
  • Collaborate with data specialists to design analytical solutions addressing workforce and talent priorities
  • Work with business leaders, HR executives, and cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and translate requirements into deliverables
  • Create visualizations and presentations that communicate insights to senior leadership
  • Support initiatives spanning recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Contribute to improving data quality, analytics infrastructure, and reporting processes

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or comparable technologies
  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to accuracy
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical business audiences
  • Collaborative approach to working across teams and organizational functions
  • Interest in people analytics and evidence-based decision-making
  • HR data or talent analytics experience is a plus
