Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join our busy manufacturing workshop located in Buntingford. This is an immediate start opportunity with ongoing employment prospects. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in welding and fabricating.

<h2-Core Duties

• Perform precise and efficient manual and automated welding operations on various metal components
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal products using welding equipment
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure quality and accuracy of the fabricated parts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards of craftsmanship

<h2-Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in welding and fabricating metal components
• Demonstrated proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
• Possess excellent physical fitness and stamina for the physically demanding nature of the role
• Valid UK (nationwide) (nationwide) driving license (essential for transportation of materials within the workshop)

Working at MULTI TRADES RECRUITMENT LTD

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £18.00 per hour, subject to CIS deductions. The preferred shift is from 1:00pm to 10:00pm, but an alternative shift of 7:00am to 4:00pm is available for candidates unable to work late shifts.
