hurra.com is hiring a Social Media Lead (m/w/d) – Strategie & Performance to set the direction for social media, not just refine it. This is a full-time, fully remote position connected to our Vietnam operations, open to candidates who want to shape where social marketing goes next.

About the Role

As Social Media Lead at hurra.com, you own the strategic growth of our clients' presence across the platforms that matter. You spot untapped potential, design clear channel and content strategies, and apply AI to understand audiences more deeply, test creative ideas faster, and make content perform. Working alongside your team, you blend brand thinking, creativity, and data-driven insight into social concepts that earn attention, build brands, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Team leadership & growth: Guide and develop a group of social media specialists, giving them direction and room to bring strong ideas to life while fostering ownership and strategic thinking.
• Strategy & client success: Build paid social strategies across the full customer journey, turning business goals into campaigns that strengthen brands and unlock growth.
• Cross-channel steering: Coordinate social media in concert with SEA, Display, and Programmatic, directing budgets where they create the greatest impact.
• Data, testing & optimization: Read patterns in performance data, translate them into clear recommendations, and refine campaigns through structured experimentation.
• AI & innovation: Use AI, automation, and emerging platform features to scale campaigns efficiently and convert new trends into real advantages for clients and team.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in paid social management, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or in-house.
• Hands-on command of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and common planning, analytics, and optimization tools.
• Confident use of tracking, analytics, and reporting platforms, with the ability to draw clear optimization steps from the data.
• Strong communicator who can make complex topics accessible and collaborate across teams and disciplines.
• German at C1 level or above, plus confident professional English.
