Key Responsibilities Team leadership & growth: Guide and develop a group of social media specialists, giving them direction and room to bring strong ideas to life while fostering ownership and strategic thinking. Strategy & client success: Build paid social strategies across the full customer journey, turning business goals into campaigns that strengthen brands and unlock growth. Cross-channel steering: Coordinate social media in concert with SEA, Display, and Programmatic, directing budgets where they create the greatest impact. Data, testing & optimization: Read patterns in performance data, translate them into clear recommendations, and refine campaigns through structured experimentation. AI & innovation: Use AI, automation, and emerging platform features to scale campaigns efficiently and convert new trends into real advantages for clients and team. Qualifications Three to five years of relevant experience in paid social management, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or in-house. Hands-on command of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and common planning, analytics, and optimization tools. Confident use of tracking, analytics, and reporting platforms, with the ability to draw clear optimization steps from the data. Strong communicator who can make complex topics accessible and collaborate across teams and disciplines. German at C1 level or above, plus confident professional English.
