About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team at Aerotek in Charlestown, Indiana. This is a full-time position with no remote option available. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and eager to contribute to our ongoing success.
Core Duties
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and iPads for precision and speed.
- Scan and track inventory, serial numbers, and product movement to ensure accurate records.
- Label and prepare shipments for outbound delivery with attention to detail. <liOperate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as trained to handle heavy loads safely.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or related role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the necessary skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, bend, and reach as needed during shifts.
- A valid driver's license is required for occasional delivery tasks. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
