The Opportunity

The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Nutrition Manager II to join our team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of students across our district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, serving, and distribution of nutritious meals in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Develop and implement meal service plans that meet nutritional guidelines and cater to diverse dietary needs.
• Ensure proper inventory management and food safety practices are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to enhance the overall dining experience for students.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a child nutrition management role or related field.
• Knowledgeable in federal and state regulations governing school meal programs.
• Strong leadership skills to manage staff effectively and ensure high standards are met.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
