About This Position
Join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team and deliver essential products to our customers. As a warehouse porter, you will be responsible for operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move materials within the warehouse.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks.
- Pick and move materials within the warehouse according to customer orders.
- Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
- Work in one of the following six areas: Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, excellent physical stamina, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience operating material handling equipment is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license is necessary as you will be driving company vehicles.
