About This Position
Avenue5 Residential is seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing common areas
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all resident spaces
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in the community
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs to ensure smooth transitions
- Support other maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in property management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and co-workers
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
