About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress with Unidine, part of Compass Group, North America, you'll be the friendly face that guests remember. Working on-site at The Seasons (5 Saint Elizabeth Way, East Greenwich, RI 02818), you'll deliver attentive, hospitable service that turns everyday meals into welcoming experiences. Best of all, no prior experience is required — we're happy to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a great attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet diners warmly and guide them through menu selections
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with care and courtesy
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teammates to keep meal service running smoothly
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Qualifications
- No experience necessary — full training is provided
- A friendly, guest-focused approach and a strong sense of teamwork
- Reliability and a willingness to work a varied schedule
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, Sunday through Saturday, with hours that may vary
- Fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour
