About This Position
Macy's is seeking a Visual Support Captain to join our team at Providence Place. As a key member of the visual merchandising department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging shopping environment that enhances customer experience and drives sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to support store initiatives and events
- Create displays and window designs that align with seasonal themes and promotional campaigns
- Ensure merchandise is presented in a manner that maximizes customer appeal and sales opportunities
