Fort Myers Broadcasting Co is hiring a full-time Brand Video Producer and Editor in Fort Myers, Florida to lead creative video production across all digital platforms. If you excel at transforming concepts into polished, engaging video content for broadcast, social, streaming, and web audiences, we want to meet you.

About the Role

As our Brand Video Producer/Editor, you'll own the complete video creation cycle—from initial concept through final delivery. You'll work on a diverse range of projects that reach viewers across multiple channels and devices.

What You'll Do

• Edit and produce broadcast-quality video content optimized for television, digital platforms, and social media distribution
• Develop creative solutions that communicate brand messaging and capture audience attention across formats
• Transform creative briefs and raw footage into polished final products ready for web, streaming, and social channels
• Collaborate with team members to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency across all brand content
• Manage the full post-production workflow, including color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and effects
• Stay current with platform-specific best practices for content that performs on YouTube, social feeds, and broadcast

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a video editor or content producer in a broadcast, marketing, or media environment
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software and motion graphics tools
• Strong visual storytelling skills and creative problem-solving ability
• Understanding of how video content performs across different platforms—broadcast, streaming, social media, and web
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and communication skills
