Tubi is hiring a full-time Associate Creative Director for its Creative Studio in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid). Lead creative strategy and execution across consumer campaigns, broadcast content, events, and B2B sponsorships that establish Tubi as a cultural entertainment leader.

About the Role

Report to the Sr. Creative Director while collaborating with art directors, motion designers, copywriters, editors, and cross-functional Marketing, Sales, Content, and Product teams. This hybrid role requires three days weekly in our Los Angeles office. You'll direct integrated campaigns for major events, on-air promotions, product explainers, and B2B initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategy, briefs, and concepts for consumer campaigns, on-air promos, events, and B2B creative
  • Oversee visual design execution, maintaining consistency and craft across B2B and B2C initiatives
  • Present concepts confidently and influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling
  • Direct motion graphics and animation with clear feedback on style, pacing, and brand alignment
  • Lead B2B sponsorship creative from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate with production teams to manage timelines and quality across projects
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate strategy and ensure creative effectiveness
  • Champion AI-powered creative tools to accelerate workflow and enhance output
  • Stay current with trends to maintain elevated creative standards

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years building culturally resonant creative in entertainment, streaming, media, gaming, or top creative agencies
  • Proven experience delivering creative for broadcast or mass-reach channels
  • Strategic thinker who translates business goals into compelling creative concepts and presents persuasively
  • Strong presenter and storyteller with executive communication skills
  • Concepting proficiency in B2C and B2B contexts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and give sharp feedback on design, animation, and copywriting
  • Excellent eye for quality work; elevates output through thoughtful critique
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
  • Organized with strong prioritization and project management abilities
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • AI champion fluent in AI-powered creative tools and actively driving adoption
  • Passionate about brand storytelling and creative excellence
  • Plus: Experience with sports, live events, or major cultural moments
