In this full-time, on-site role, you will help leading organizations modernize how their people work, reshaping workforce operations through smart timekeeping transformation.

About the Role

As a UKG PRO WFM Time Keeping Senior Consultant focused on Functional Transformation, you will partner with clients to rethink and rebuild how they capture, manage, and optimize workforce time. Working within Deloitte's Human Capital practice in Detroit, Wayne County, you will translate complex workforce needs into practical, scalable solutions that connect talent strategy with real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of UKG PRO Workforce Management timekeeping solutions for client engagements.
• Guide clients through functional transformation initiatives that align time and attendance processes with broader workforce objectives.
• Apply sector knowledge and cross-domain insight to solve intricate workforce challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, business-aligned outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on leading practices for workforce, workplace, and the evolving nature of work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring UKG PRO WFM timekeeping at a senior consultant level.
• Strong understanding of time and attendance processes and workforce management transformation.
• Ability to bring sector experience and cross-domain perspective to client problems.
• Skill in aligning talent strategies with organizational priorities.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Detroit, Wayne County.
