UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant

Deloitte is hiring a UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant to join its Human Capital practice in International, King County, supporting clients through complex workforce transformation initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for an experienced functional consultant ready to shape how organizations design and deploy UKG Pro HCM.

About the Role

As a UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant focused on Functional Transformation, you will partner with client teams to rethink how work, the workforce, and the workplace come together. Drawing on Deloitte's deep sector knowledge and cross-domain expertise, you will help align talent strategies with broader business goals while guiding the design and implementation of UKG Pro human capital management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and configuration of UKG Pro HCM to meet each client's unique workforce requirements.
• Translate complex talent and HR challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams to align HCM strategy with organizational priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on leading practices for human capital management and process improvement.
• Support clients throughout the transformation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional experience with UKG Pro (UKG PRO) HCM in a consulting or implementation capacity.
• A strong grasp of human capital, HR, and workforce management processes.
• Proven ability to guide clients through functional transformation and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in International, King County (this is not a remote position).
