The Opportunity

At Butler Machinery, we build long-term relationships founded on trust—with our customers, our dealers, and each other. We are seeking a Truck Engine Parts & Service (TEPS) and Second Level Dealer (SLD) Manager to play a key role in driving aftermarket sales performance while building sales and leadership capability across our Caterpillar dealer network.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive aftermarket sales performance for truck engine parts and service within the Caterpillar dealer network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful collaboration and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share and profitability in the TEPS segment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, service, or management within the truck engine parts and service industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
