Hogan Transportation is seeking a full-time CDL-A Truck Driver to join our growing fleet based in Woodridge, Illinois. If you're an experienced commercial driver with a passion for safe, reliable transportation, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As a CDL-A Truck Driver with Hogan Transportation, you'll play an essential role in our vehicle hauling operations. This position offers stable, full-time employment for a professional driver ready to transport vehicles across multiple routes while maintaining the highest safety and service standards. Your Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles to transport automobiles and vehicles to designated destinations
- Plan and execute efficient routes while adhering to all DOT regulations and federal safety protocols
- Inspect vehicles prior to transport and document any existing damage or condition issues
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records as required by transportation law
- Communicate with dispatch and clients to ensure on-time, professional service delivery
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report mechanical concerns promptly
- Comply with all federal and state transportation regulations and company safety standards
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A (Class A Commercial Driver's License)
- Clean driving record and passing background check
- Demonstrated experience operating commercial vehicles and hauling vehicles safely
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic
