Position Summary
Decker is currently hiring Over the Road (OTR) flatbed drivers with at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. This role offers a competitive salary of $106k per year and includes 100% no touch freight, ensuring a safe environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed trucks to transport goods across the country
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of delivery times and locations
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles
- Handle 100% no touch freight operations safely and efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months recent tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements (flatbed, hazmat if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail for record-keeping and safety checks
- Able to work independently and manage long-haul routes
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
