What This Role Involves

Decker Truck Line is seeking dedicated and motivated Regional Reefer Drivers to join our team. As a Regional Reefer Driver at Decker, you will have the opportunity to maximize your miles and earnings based on productivity rather than seniority.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trailers in regional routes.
• Prioritize efficiency and productivity in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of all driving activities.
• Ensure the safe transportation of goods according to company policies and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• A valid CDL license with a Class A endorsement.
• At least 6 months of commercial driving experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with dispatch and customers.
• Prioritize productivity over seniority in daily operations.
