About the Role
This is a full-time travel position with Solomon Page, supporting a healthcare client in the Times Square area of King County / Seattle, Washington. As a Travel RN Case Manager, you will join an established care team and apply your case management expertise to guide patients through coordinated treatment plans over the course of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver registered nursing care with a focus on case management for assigned patients
- Coordinate care plans across providers, departments, and care transitions
- Assess patient needs and help direct appropriate resources and services
- Collaborate closely with the client's clinical team to support positive outcomes
